These are the initial ideas for the Psycho posters. I want everything to be not so obviously Hitchcock, so I have used a bit of dialogue from the film that I find the most suspenseful. The dialogue should, hopefully, make people feel a little on the edge and nervous. The imagery is key objects from the film, quite large and in glow in the dark ink. The title of the film is also in glow in the dark. I want the imagery to be not so obvious also, so a crow or a bird to someone that knows Hitchcock films and Psycho well, will convey the stuffed birds from the film, but to anyone else it will hopefully make them think and refer to the film to see.
